Mr dod Fitness in partnership with Ed Hollingsbee Design are making sure we keep ongoing to keep your information safe and that it applies to the new GDPR that comes into place on the 25th May 2018.

Here is how Mr dod Fitness in partnership with Ed Hollingsbee Design are keeping information from you.

1) Information we hold: The information we hold comes from our classes booking system when you register or when you purchase a product through one of our websites ( / /

You are in control of the information you provide as it is your individual rights to Mr dod Fitness & Ed Hollingsbee Design. If at any point you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list you will be able to do so on clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all emails. If your personal data needs to be updated you can do it directly through the class booking system or email and allow up to 5 working days for this to be completed on your behalf.

When you receive a marketing text from Mr dod Fitness you will also be able to reply saying STOP on any texts you receive and we will do our best to delete you from our list of contacts. If this is not the case directly allow us up to 5 working days to do this action. We apologise in advance if this is not fast enough.

2) Communicating privacy information: When we collect your personal data we DO NOT share it with any other parties. Only Mr dod Fitness & Ed Hollingsbee Design have access to your information and is kept safe in our website systems. Including Mailchimp, which have their GDPR regulations into place too for our newsletters. We will keep your personal data for 3 years from the moment you register with us unless you decide to delete your information directly.

SUMMARY: YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR DATA and we are here if you have any doubts or wish to be removed from our mailing list or text marketing.
