Mr dod aka Kévin d’Odémont is originally from Belgium and came to UK in 2002. From wanting to learn English he soon fell in love with Norfolk where his heart was set. After being an international sales trademan in the mobile phone industry, an area sales manager running 7 art galleries; one day he was involved in a car accident following break failure after a miss repair. Due to a post trauma stress disorder that changed his career he realise that going to fitness classes was a great way to let frustrations out of the system and was a great place to meet new people. He soon was supported to become a Fitness Instructor Level 2 to teach group exercises classes from August 2011 just a few months after he met his husband Ed. Ed Hollingsbee is a graphic designer that has been supporting Mr dod since day one and he always believed that he would make it in this industry because Mr dod is an extremely passionate person and inspire many to focus on their mental health through fitness classes. Mr dod did became instructor for Zumba, Zumba kids, Insanity, Powerhoop, Specialist for older adults and Laughter Yoga. in 2017 he won the prestigious Muddy Stilettos Award for Norfolk’s Best Fitness Instructor.

Each year Mr dod teaches over 400 group classes in the local community around Norwich area, over 260 care homes for senior citizens and nothing stops him. Each year Mr dod gives his time for local charities at larger event as a warm up act for Colour5K, Steeplechase and local charities in the likes of Little Lifts, BigC, Pact Sanctuary, cancer for children and inspired women.
